Booking Terms and Conditions

Princess Parlour UK Booking Terms and Conditions

Please note, by making a reservation with Princess Parlour UK you agree to the following terms and conditions.

​

Cancellation policy
All deposits are non-refundable. 

If you wish to amend your booking within 14 days of the event, your deposit is forfeited and rebooking a new date will incur a new deposit. If you amend outside 14 days of the event you can change the date for no additional charge and the deposit will be transferred.

If you cancel your booking once the deposit has been paid, your deposit is forfeited. 

In the case of a last minute emergency cancellation, please contact our team urgently.

Amendments to bookings

Parties- Your final numbers will be due 7 days prior to the party. You will receive an SMS to confirm numbers. Please note you are subject to the minimum numbers required for the party type and can book a maximum of 10 guests. If you wish to change the package type you will need to speak with the team to check the availability. Changes are not guaranteed and down to the discretion of Princess Parlour UK.

Other bookings – Amendments are subject to the discretion of Princess Parlour UK. Please call to discuss.

Extra guests on the day
We will try our very best to accommodate any additional guests on the day, but this cannot be guaranteed. Any additional guests must be paid for prior to the party starting.

No show

If any guests do not show for appointments they will lose any monies paid.

If any guests do not show for a party they will not be refunded.

All staffing and catering are based on our final numbers, so, unfortunately, no adjustments can be made.

Arrival time

There is no need to arrive early for your appointment or party as access will not be provided until the appointment/party time. However, if you wish to greet guests as they arrive, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before. 

All appointments/parties must end at the agreed time. If any guests are late, you will be given the option to wait or to start without them. In the event the party starts late, we will try our best to complete all of the treatments/inclusions but we may need to make adjustments to ensure that the appointment/party concludes on time.

Running order

If you wish to know the order of events, please ask your party host during the party. We will do our very best to accommodate extra requests eg opening presents, additional games, photo time etc but this will be subject to time. Your party host will be able to guide you.

Finish time

It is imperative that at the conclusion of the party all guests vacate the party space so staff can clean and attend their next party on time.

​

Payments

All bookings will need to be secured with a non-refundable deposit.

To secure your booking, we first take a non refundable 50% deposit to hold the date and begin preparations. This can be paid via PayPal through the online booking system, cash, or bank transfer (details on the bottom of invoice) at the time of booking, also. The final balance must be paid before or on the day of the party, prior to arrival.

Food

Bottles of water and juice cartons are ok, but as nails will be wet we suggest hydrating before and after the service time. We do bring cupcakes and pink lemonade for the moments we find suitable for refreshments.

If one of the little princesses have allergies or dietary requirements this MUST be stated prior to the event, as we will not be held responsible. We will do our best to offer alternatives for this guest but cannot guarantee this. In these instances, we accept this guest may bring their own alternative should we not be able to accommodate.

Medical

Please advice staff if any of your guests have any of the following:

Allergies or sensitivity to any products
Any food allergies or intolerances
Any serious medical conditions

Princess Parlour UK is not liable for any reaction to any of its products/food. A full list of ingredients can be provided for everything we use to ensure you can make an informed decision. It is your responsibility to confirm all products are suitable.

Photos

Please advise staff if you do not wish for Princess Parlour UK or other guests to take photographs/video footage of your children/guests. If we are not advised, Princess Parlour UK and it’s guests reserve the right to take images and post on personal social media accounts with your permission.

You have permission to take images of your children and guests, our staff and our parties and have our permission to post on your personal social media account unless instructed otherwise. If you wish to post on a business social media account, please gain permission from the owner and any posts must be credited.

Products

If you would like more details about any of our products, please ask one of our friendly staff. All the products we use are available for purchase in our retail section.

Products ordered through the 'Party Add Ons' category in our online store, are to be treated as part of a booking as these are treatments/applications during parties and therefore the booking/cancellation policy applies.

​

Supervision

No chaperon is needed as there are 2 hostesses supervising a maximum of 10 girls. The party organiser will remain responsible for all guests during the party. If you are not staying on the premises whilst the party is in action, please ensure you are available by phone in case of emergency. The party organiser will be solely responsible for contacting the parents/guardians of the guests.

For public events, the parent dropping off must advise staff if an alternative carer is picking up, otherwise, the child will not be released until permission is sought from the drop off carer.

All Princess Parlour staff have been DBS Checked.
